I’m everything to the extreme. I float between everything and nothing and I flip switches like it’s worthy. I’m in depth in my words, and believe not what I hear, but what I see. I’m honest, when it’s not about me, and honest when it’s platonic, and [not] about me.

Hi. Your name caught my eye when I saw it in my google filter…Then I read some of your sentences. I am also bipolar, so I can relate to them. I seem to be the only person that I know that likes the disorder. However, nobody else around me can stand it for very long. Look at the bright side; It only affects the highly intelligent.

IDK that I necessarily “like” the disorder. My little sister has it, I’ve got it -my best friends’ sister has it. I know an array of individuals with it. Justin Furstenfeld is a huge speaker about BPD I/II & depression. The mystery of bipolar is to learn yourself. When you are about to flip to a new person – it’s how I see it. While it sounds more like DID, which is yet to be proven scientifically… I feel as though when I’m a content individual vs. a depressed individual, I’m not the same person. It’s seeing, living with, being with, interacting with someone entirely different. I am my other me. You might find a lot of comfort in my 2nd and 3rd books of poetry – they are heavily focused around this theme.

I absolutely *love* the mania. The depression gives me a break from all of the thoughts and being “on” 20+ hours/day. I do change between “self” and another “self”, and yet another “self”. Then I have one final “self” that I have not seen or heard from in about 14 years. That one can stay wherever he is….gladly. I guess it is having the different perspectives from these selves that I really like about this disorder, too.
Where can I find your books? They sound like good medicine.

Mm… my second one, I’m sold out on – so I’d have to order it. And then my third one is still in the works. Waiting on some final touches to make it a possibility. But if you’re interested, email me at ali@rnjstaff.com — and I can get you the prices and all.
